With Search Engine Optimization (SEO), we write fresh content; blogs; articles in order to help our clients impress Google and other search engines and earn higher rankings. More importantly, we want our content to help our clients earn more customers and more sales. All media, pictures, videos need descriptive content to be found, so we also help you strategically with the “content behind the content” : meta data, descriptors, keywords. Even our link building involves writing (we don’t use automatic software in order to build links). We search and find the best link opportunities possible for our clients’ niche.
Online Reputation Management also involves writing. However, with ORM, a stronger focus is on an individual or a business. Fresh and positive content helps improve one’s online reputation from negative reviews; bad publicity or in needing a second chance from a life mistake.
App Search Optimization (also known as App Store Optimization or “ASO”), begins with research and selecting the best keywords for your app. Keywords are used in your app’s title and well-optimized description in order to earn higher rankings in the iTunes App Store; Google Play; Amazon and other app websites. It’s all about getting found with ASO and earning more downloads from users. We most recently spent 2 years in interactive app development for iPhone, iPad and Android devices as a case study process for our ASO content development service. We really enjoyed developing app ideas!

Our senior founding staff have strong technical training, publishing backgrounds and are engaged in business, marketing and content development across multiple sectors, encompassing professional, industrial and human service industries. In all, we have over 25 years of combined technical and consulting experience.
Starting out professionally as an accidental techie teaching accountants and executives in Seoul, Korea how to use Microsoft Windows, Leigh has honed her technical development over the years by figuring it out first and then teaching others. She later built personal tech competency as a core component of her capacity building consultant offering with nonprofit organizations, artists and authors. Moving into small business and executive coaching, do-it-yourself marketing and web development became an utter necessity to teach for her clients to best succeed with their businesses and budgets. Helping clients unravel a fast changing digital market, writing assessments, making product recommendations and adjusting, breaking or fixing a WordPress plugin, app or database is her daily world.

A “Hoosier” and a sports writer for 13 years, the tech bug bit Steve and he started a private consulting company working with law firms as they upgraded network systems and software. A popular consultant, trainer and speaker, he leveraged volumes of geek speak with humor and stories. Later, by accident (which is how some businesses get started), he started a search engine optimization and online marketing firm working with all types of businesses from local heating and cooling companies to international medical practices. Now retired, Steve is an avid chess player and restores fountain ink pens.
